In 1984, after spending thirteen years in the real estate profession working for a "traditional" company, Daniel Lloyd developed a concept for real estate based on a flat-fee structure. In 1984, "discount" real estate was unheard of. So Daniel pioneered this concept and established a powerful marketing force in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area. The success of this concept resulted in the development of franchises.

Our North Carolina Office was established in 1992, and we now serve Brunswick, New Hanover, Pender, Onslow, Columbus, and Bladen counties. This office has enjoyed great success in providing our clients with professional representation at a discounted cost.
